General
Client refers to any person(s), purchasing and or
participating in any capacity, in the hunting safari
represented here. The client must carefully read the
Terms and Conditions, and is advised to do the same
of all documentation from High Desert Safari
Consultants (HDSC). HDSC reserves the right if and when so
deemed advisable to cancel a hunting safari when events or
circumstances deem this course of action to be necessary for
whatever reason, which may include but is not limited to the
clients: misconduct and or failure to comply with the Terms and Conditions set forth here, or any
action which causes a danger to himself (the client) or others. Additionally, HDSC cannot be held
responsible for game law violations by the client. The law permits each hunter a maximum of two
trophies per game species.
Reservations
The safari reservation cannot be held until HDSC has received the clients payment of the non
refundable deposit of 50% of the daily rates of the safari, which will be applied to the cost of the
safari. Payment of the balance of the remaining 50% of the daily fee of the safari is due not later than
60 days prior to the commencement of the safari, and serves to confirm the clients reservation. The
trophy fee is payable at the end of the safari.
Cancellation and Refunds
Refund, due to cancellation, will only be given on the amount in excess of the refundable deposit
before the refund deadline, 60 days prior to the commencement of the safari, after which time no
refund will be made on any portion of the amount received. Should occurrences, unrelated to HDSC
affect the scheduling of the safari, all attempts will be made to adapt to the circumstances of the
client, but no refund will be given if the safari can not include the number of days purchased.
If the client desires trip cancellation insurance, which provides protection against financial loss
connected with travel arrangements, when there is a cancellation penalty prior to or after departure,
it must be taken independently. HDSC does not provide trip cancellation insurance or any other
types of insurance whatsoever on behalf of the client.
Air Travel
All air travel arrangements are to made by the client. HDSC does not have or take responsibility,
regarding the coordination of travel to Namibia, until the point of reception at the destination. At
which point a representative from the ranch will escort clients to the lodge
